Can you goto the location of the vehicle, or do I need to bring it to you?
Car Inspect offers both mobile inspections where we can goto the location of the vehicle, or you are able to have the owner/dealer drop the vehicle to our centrally located headquarters in Parramatta.

How quickly am I able to book the inspection in?
Inspections are booked on a first-come-first served basis. Our inspectors aim to carry out your inspection with 24 hours as we realise you want to secure the car quickly, however this is based on availability at time of booking.

Do I need to organise the inspector to meet with the current owner?
No. At the time of booking we will obtain the details of the vehicle including the owners contact details and we will get in contact with them to organise a suitable appointment. You don't need to do anything, simply sit by the phone and await the results of your report!

How long before I receive the report after the inspection?
The inspector will call you immediately after completing the inspection to summarise and discuss the findings of the report. You will then recieve the full comprehensive report within 12 hours or the same business day, and are free to contact the inspector to discuss further.
